Ordering
Orders are made via order form. There you fill in one or motives you want to buy and number. Be sure to fill in your e-mail address and your address right.

Order Confirmation
As soon as your order is received, we'll send you an order confirmation with a link for secure card payment.

Payment
Click on the link you received in your order confirmation, this will lead you to PayPal. Follow the instructions there.

Delivery
Delivery in Sweden is usually 2-5 days after the payment has been approved.
Delivery times outside Sweden is estimated at 1-2 weeks, depending on shipping options.

Prices
All prices listed on www.artdeluxe.se include VAT (25%).

Shipping
For orders inside of Sweden, home delivery charges are included in the price of the product.
For orders outside of Sweden the shipping cost will be added.
If you would like your product with express delivery please send us a note when ordering, otherwise standard delivery will be used.

Cancellation
All purchases are made in accordance with the swedish consumer protection law(1990:932). This means that if you buy in Sweden, you have a 14 days right to return the product and only need to pay for the return postage. Shop from abroad but within the EU, you always have seven days withdrawal.

Personal data
Your personal information, names, phone numbers, e-mail address is used only to get in touch with you and to process your order. Your personal information will stay within the company and are not under any circumstances forwarded to 3rd party. If you wish your personal information to be deleted from our customer, you can contact us.

Newsletters and offers are sent only to those who has an established customer relationship with Art Deluxe or that they agreed to send in their e-mail addresses used for this purpose.
